Bambina offers FREE Standard Shipping on all Australian orders over $120 AUD.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Shipping Timeframes

Standard Shipping

· Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days

Express Shipping

· Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location.

All parcels require a signature upon delivery unless Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected during checkout.

If no one is available to sign, Australia Post will leave a collection card and your parcel can be collected from your nearest post office.

Additional shipping charges may apply to some rural and remote locations, including certain areas of Western Australia.

If additional charges apply, we will contact you before dispatch. If you choose not to proceed, a full refund will be provided.

If your order has not arrived within 10–12 business days, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@bambina.com.au.

We will initiate an investigation with the delivery provider on your behalf.

While we will do our best to assist, Bambina is not responsible for delays that occur once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier .
